Stems 'n Caps is an indoor controlled environment farm, looking to provide the highest quality of Gourmet Mushrooms and other produce to our local community, markets and restaurants.
We aim for sustainable farming using modern techniques to ensure our farm is a closed loop system. We use non-GMO growing substrate, no pesticides and recycle our spent mediums into fertilizer and soil amendments.

Our mushrooms are great if you're looking for alternative protein sources, we have Lion's Mane for a tasty crab or lobster alternative, Enoki for a more delicate Chicken alternative and we are always coming up with new ideas to get more unique mushrooms to our consumers.
We love working with local businesses. Bulk orders receive bulk discounts!
We also love collaborating to come up with new and different recipes, with new and different strains of Mushrooms.
